That international experience taught him one thing: there’s no substitute for doing the job right. Since those early days, the business has grown through word-of-mouth and repeat clients — the kind of growth that only comes from consistently delivering results. Today, Carpenters Tree Care serves a large portfolio of domestic and commercial clients across London, Surrey, Kent and the wider South East. Harry’s approach hasn’t changed: be personable, be professional, and be reliable. Every quote is honest, every job is completed to the highest standard, and every site is left cleaner than we found it. We work with homeowners protecting a single garden tree, estate managers maintaining hundreds of acres, and councils managing public woodland. No job is too small. No project is too complex. If it involves a tree, we handle it. ## Our Standards AreNon-Negotiable Every job follows the same rigid process. Every site is left cleaner than we found it. Every client gets the same level of respect and communication. BS 3998 Compliance All pruning and felling work complies with British Standard 3998 for tree work. No shortcuts. No cowboy cuts. NPTC Qualified Crew Every climber and ground worker holds current NPTC certifications.
