Extremely tight space due to garages and sheds either side, with neighbouring properties in close proximity. We used a 19m tracked MEWP (mobile elevated work platform) to ensure safe, efficient removal without the risk of damage to surrounding structures. This job is a textbook example of why the right access equipment matters. Climbing and rigging from inside a tree this size, in a space this restricted, would have multiplied both the time on site and the risk to the garages below.
